Daniella Shorter, District Attorney, 22nd District, MS

Daniella Marie Shorter is the District Attorney for the Twenty-Second District encompassing Claiborne, Copiah and Jefferson Counties. She has devoted her career to public service, serving as Assistant District Attorney in the Fourth District for three years then as ADA in the Twenty-Second for four years before becoming District Attorney. She graduated from Jackson State University in 2005 and obtained her law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2008. Daniella is a past president of the Magnolia Bar Association and is a member of the Mississippi Bar’s Access to Justice Committee. Daniella is a member of Forest Grove Christian Church in Pattison, MS.
