Panel 1: Deconstructing A Wrongful Conviction

This panel is about the case of Mark Denny, who served three decades in prison for a rape and robbery in Brooklyn that he did not commit. The panel featured Mr. Denny, as well as the re-investigating prosecutor, an identification expert who reviewed the identification of Mr. Denny, and Mr. Denny’s attorney from the Innocence Project.
